№ 001  THE OPERATING ACCOUNT FOR AI AGENTS

Behind this door,
every agent has
its own account.

Bursar runs on Robinhood Chain. Limits are engraved on the door frame — on-chain, enforced before a transfer is ever built — and settlement lands in USDG.

Policy is the lock.

Not settings in an app — conditions the chain checks before anything moves. An agent cannot exceed its mandate; the transaction that would is never constructed.

Agents pay their own way.

Over x402, request by request, without a person in the loop — demoed end to end on this site. Production rails ship in a later stage, and the site says so until true.

USDG settles. ETH pays gas.

The same dollar in every account. A small ETH reserve covers fees so agents never stall — and every settlement leaves a receipt on the explorer.

Prove everything.

Receipts are public on the explorer; amounts stay yours. Scoped auditor disclosure ships in a later phase — designed, not live.

GETTING STARTED

Three steps.
Minutes, not days.

STAGE 01 · T-2

Connect a wallet

Your keys stay on your device. Bursar never custodies funds — the account is yours from the first block.

DONE < 1 MIN
STAGE 02 · T-1

Add USDG

Move in USDG on Robinhood Chain. A small ETH reserve pays gas automatically, so fees never interrupt an agent.

CREDITED IN SECONDS
STAGE 03 · T-0

Create an agent

Give it a handle, a request ceiling and a daily cap — then let it pay its own way over x402 while you watch the receipts.

POLICY ON-CHAIN
FOR DEVELOPERS

Build on Bursar
before lunch.

01  TYPED, IDEMPOTENT

Every create call carries an idempotency key — retries are safe even across a process restart.

02  WEBHOOKS WORTH TRUSTING

Settlements, policy hits and agent actions arrive as signed events one helper can verify.

03  TEST & LIVE, NO MODE FLAG

The key prefix tells the client which environment it is in — there is no setting to get wrong.

PLAIN ANSWERS

Asked, answered.
Including the awkward ones.

No — by design. Your address is public on Robinhood Chain, as on any public chain. What Bursar governs is what agents may spend, not who you are.
No. Connecting a wallet and setting a policy takes minutes; gas is paid from a small ETH reserve automatically.
A dedicated account under your parent with its own on-chain spend policy — request ceiling, daily cap, approved destinations and an optional human-approval threshold.
It can't. The policy is checked before a transfer is built — a transaction that breaks it is never constructed, not merely rejected after the fact.
On this site it is demoed, end to end, as an illustration of the interface. Production x402 settlement ships in a later phase — and this page will say so until it is true.
The only cost is Robinhood Chain gas — usually a fraction of a cent, covered by your reserve. Beta pricing is announced with launch.
